This is 50's rockabilly at it's finest!!  Buddy was at the start of it all.. a true rock and roll pioneer!!  He was pretty much along side of Elvis, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, Bill Hailey, Johnny Burnette, Fats Domino and Little Richard, but only had the misfortune of having his career cut short so fast in an airplane crash on Feb 3rd. 1959.  This guy was rockin' a good 7 years before the Beatles even came around!
This is the very 1st press with maroon labels and the red print on back.  The cover has a little edge wear but it does it does have roughly 3" splits from the mouth back, on top and bottom.  Otherwise, just a few tiny stain marks and light corner, edge and surface wear.  The very thick 50's style sturdy vinyl shows hairline scratches, fingerprints and light scuffs but still plays through well, but with light and mild crackling plus a few tics on 'It's So Easy'.
