This vintage Apple music ad poster is a must-have for any collector. This is a momento of a brief, yet game changing part of Apple’s history!This ULTRA Rare vintage 2003 color 24” x 36” Apple Computer promotional poster for the launch of, the company's first music distribution system, that changed history of how we listen to music today.
It features a Gibson ES-345 electric guitar against a white background; the guitar would later become better known as the 'GarageBand' icon. This poster derives from my personal collection that I picked up at Apple in Cupertino, CA during the launch of AppleMusic.com back in 2003. The music website that was replaced soon after launch by iTunes. In May 2003, this poster image appeared as promo ads on the back covers of several well-known magazines. Eventually these ads disappeared and were replaced by the iTunes Store, with Apple Computer and Apple Corps squaring off over the use
of the new name.
The poster is in excellent condition and would make a great addition to any collection or a unique gift for a music or Apple enthusiast.
The poster has been stored in dark temperature/humidity controlled environment. No fading, no exposure to light for 20 years. It was never hung. There may be some minor wear on the edges from being in the tube. The poster is printed on thick card stock poster paper. There is one dimple on bottom edge of poster.
